Deposits & Payments
A deposit ($100 day/$150 overnight/$50 evening) is required with your completed application by July 7th 2008 (June 1st for evening). The balance is due at registration on the first day of Camp. A $10 key deposit, which is refundable, is also due at registration. Full payment in advance is also acceptable. Send completed applications and deposit checks to:

Fees
Overnight – $450
Day camp – $275
Beginner camp – $125
* We now have a sibling policy-each sibling after the first signs up at full price will receive $50 off their camp fee.
Equipment
Players should supply their own equipment, which should include: Helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, arm pads, and mouth guard. If you need equipment the camp store will also be selling all the above items.
All campers will receive their free items on the first day.
Trainer & Physicals
A certified athletic trainer will be on hand at all times. There will be a trainer, and water, at all sessions. Physicals are required for all campers. Physicals must have been within the last year. Physicals must be brought to check in or the camper can not participate.
**We will accept a physical that the camper has taken that is not more then 1 year old at the date of the camp.
We do not require that you fill out a specific camp physical.
Camp Rules
Smoking, use of illegal drugs and or alcoholic beverages is not permitted. Cars driven by overnight campers will remain on campus for the session. The director reserves the right to send home, at the parents expense, any individual/group not willing to further the interest of the camp community. NO
REFUNDS. Any damage to school or camp property will be the expense of the camper.
